Employee Application

New Feature: Suppress Employee Notifications During Off-Hours
The checkbox to “Suppress notifications during non-work hours” isn’t new – it’s been suppressing mobile push notifications during non-work hours since the September 2016 release.  With this release, the feature will also suppress normal Work Order notifications. Those Work Order tasks are still created and assigned normally, and the employee will find them on their Task List (or on the grids) when they return to work.

Work Order escalation notifications still go out during off-hours, as do tenant or vendor notifications and all other types of notifications. In a future release, this feature will be extended to suppress Inspections notifications during off-hours.

Tenant Application

In the tenant-facing application, Resource Requests are created from the Resource Schedule. When those resource requests generate work orders, tenants can track them on the Work Orders page, but some tenants were frustrated that Resource Requests are not available on the “Issue Types” search field. In this release, the problem has been addressed – Resource Request Issue Types appear on the Issue Types pull-down menu for search, but remain unavailable when creating a new work order.

FIXED

Employee Application

  • Work Order – several small fixes and improvements on the Work order dashboard.
  • Tenant Portal – Better handling of edits on recurring visits.
  • OPM – Work Order Totals report export problems have been resolved.
  • Tenants – available dates on the lease start and end date pull-down menus have been extended to 25 years forward and back.
