This feature allows you to create work order specific messaging to your tenants. This message is displayed to tenants when they select a work order that has an issue specific note attached to it.
To create an issue specific note:
- Click Admin > Building Settings > Issue Specific Notes.
- Select the BUILDING and ISSUE TYPE.
- Using the message field, enter the issue specific note, and click SAVE.
Here is an example of the note that the Tenant user would see when going to submit a work order for an issue with a note present:
To remove issue specific notes:
- Click on Admin > Building Settings > Issue Specific Notes
- Select the BUILDING and ISSUE TYPE. There will be text in the message field.
- Delete the text and click SAVE.
