Building Connect/Tenant Application
- New Module: Property Removal Pass – For secured lobby properties. Allows tenants removing property to provide an approved pass to guards when leaving the building. Tenant users can request property removal passes via the Building Connect application. Requests must be approved by a Tenant Administrator before being printed.
Employee Application
- New Module: Property Removal Pass – For secured lobby properties. Allows tenants removing property to provide approved pass to guards when leaving building. Guards can verify property pass when tenant is leaving the building and optionally mark property as exited via the Building Engines application.
- New Report: Portfolio Level Summary Report (Management Section) – High level work order statistics across all buildings including Service Request totals, Billable Amount totals, Tenant Adoption rate and more
- New Report: PM Completion by Due Date (Preventive Maintenance Section) – PM completion statistics for tasks created and due during the selected period
- Reports: Employee Labor (Weekly) Report (Management Section) – Added ability to filter report for billable/non-billable hours
- Visitor: Watch List search now displays which tenant company added each entry
- Purchase Order: Unique “Bill To” address may be added per building for printed Purchase Orders

Employee Application
- Work Order: Switching buildings while creating a work order will retain data from Details and Location fields
- Work Order: Work Order list export to PDF will now show details for each work order. Details were showing for only the last work order in the list
- Work Order: Erroneous history line item “Preserved answers from” will no longer be inserted when work order details are edited
- Preventive Maintenance: Fixed edit link for labor rates added to PM tasks
- Preventive Maintenance: Adjusting the task name at the template level will now update task name for all associated building-level tasks
- Reports: WO Accounting Summary by Tenant will now apply a page break between tenant companies
- Notifications: Notifications with custom issue lists will no longer show as being for “none”
- Notifications: Estimate Status dropdown will no longer appear for non-estimate issue types

- Accounting: Materials list export will now support negative material values
- System Admin: Clients using both Single Sign On (SSO) and standard login will now be able to reset their passwords via the self-service password tool

- Resource Scheduling: Selecting Dark Text display for Building Connect will no longer cause display errors in resource scheduling
- Visitor: Check in email preference for new visitors will now be saved in IE8
