NEW

Employee Application

  • New Feature: Improved Navigation - Based on customer feedback, we’ve made our navigation menus easier to use. Now you can easily navigate to any module and most major features from the main navigation menu available on any page. Benefits include:
    • Access to all modules from the GoTo Menu
    • Now includes Preventive Maintenance functions and Visitor check in
    • True administrative-oriented functions remain in the Admin menu
    • Users will continue to see only the functions to which they have permissions to view
    • New icons for each module – these icons will be used more in future enhancements
  • New Feature: Cancel Work Order – Property Management users can cancel a work order that was created in error or is otherwise not needed. Property Management users are able to cancel work orders at any time. Work orders cannot be cancelled if they have an associated Purchase Order. (Purchased Order must be removed before cancelling). Cancelled work orders will not factor into any standard reports, invoices, or metrics. Cancelled work orders can be seen in the newly created Work Order Cancellations report and can be displayed in searches by selecting the CANCELLED status.
  • New Report: Work Order Cancellations (Work Order Section) – In support of our new CANCELLED status, we’ve created a report that will list all work orders cancelled during the specified period. Save and schedule this report for ongoing insight into work order cancellations in your properties.
  • New Feature: Resource Scheduling Recurring Events – For properties utilizing the Resource Scheduling feature. When creating a resource reservation, you will notice a new Event Type field. Selecting “recurring” will allow users to select a regular schedule for their event to recur. Recurring events will function as a single entity for approval or denial. Edits may be applied to the series as a whole, or to specific events in a series. Individual work orders will be created for each occurrence, as needed. By default, tenants will be prevented from booking a resource more than 90 days in advance.
  • New Feature: Resource Scheduling Multi Events – For properties utilizing the Resource Scheduling feature. When creating a resource reservation, you will notice a new Event Type field. Selecting “multiple” will allow users to specify various dates and times during which the same event will occur. Sets of multiple events may be approved or denied as a whole, or individually. Events scheduled in this manner must be edited individually after approval. Individual work orders will be created for each event, as needed. By default, tenants will be able to book up to 10 events at one time.
  • Tenant Meetings: When creating a meeting on a Tenant Company record, users will now be able to optionally record the type of meeting and contact method. You can build a list of meeting types under Admin > System Labels > Meeting Types.
  • Reports: Meetings (Management Section) – Updated to better reflect grouping by building. Also updated to include the newly created fields Meeting Type and Contact Method
  • Incident: Incident may now be SHARED with broadcast groups

Building Connect/Tenant Application

Tenant Administrators are able to cancel work orders submitted by any user in their company and are subject to the same status restrictions listed above.
  • New Feature: Resource Scheduling Recurring Events – For properties utilizing the Resource Scheduling feature. When creating a resource reservation, tenants will notice a new Event Type field. Selecting “recurring” will allow users to select a schedule for their event to recur. Edits may be applied to the series as a whole, or to specific events in a series. By default, tenants will be prevented from booking a resource more than 90 days in advance.
