Employee Application

  • New Feature: Scheduled and Recurring Work Orders – Property Management users may now create a work order that is scheduled for a future date and optionally, time. Work Orders may be scheduled as a single, future request, or as a series of recurring requests.
    • Scheduled work orders remain in scheduled status until their designated date and time, at which point they move to NEW status and send associated notifications
    • Scheduled Work Orders are not shown in default dashboard work order counts or work order lists, but are visible on the new Task Calendar and in work order search when specifically filtered for scheduled work orders
  • New Feature: Task Calendar – Accessible under Go To > Task Calendar - Property Management users can now access a single calendar showing current and scheduled Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Inspections providing a roll up of work to be done by building or user. At-a-glance monthly and weekly views, featuring summary counts and color coding highlight the presence of critical or overdue items. Click through icons to view an itemized list. Daily views show a list of all tasks for the selected day, sorted by task type.
  • Calendar may be viewed by BUILDING showing tasks for all assignees or by ASSIGNEE across all buildings
  • Tasks may be shown on the calendar on their DUE DATE or on their FIRE DATE (scheduled start date)
  • Calendar may be filtered for certain task types by clicking on the various types at the top of the page
  • Users may save their preferred filtering of the calendar, which will be remembered each time they return to the page
  • New Feature: Task Dashboard – Accessible under Go To > Task Calendar > Task Dashboard - Property Management users can now quickly view a consolidated list of all the tasks to be done including their assigned Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance Tasks, and Inspections. The list may be viewed for a single building, or across all buildings. Tasks will, by default, be sorted by task type with overdue or critical items first
  • Feature Enhancement: Visitor Control – Property Management (non-guard) users will now see an updated view of the Expected Visitors page. The page allows for easy visitor search by Building, Date, Name, Contact or Vendor. The list may be exported or emailed using our SHARE feature. Property Management users now also have the ability to delete selected, expected visitors from the guest list.
  • Feature Enhancement: Inspections – Cancelled inspections are now hidden from the default view of the Inspections Dashboard. Cancelled inspections may be located by opening the SEARCH filters and selecting to include cancelled
  • Feature Enhancement: Inspections – If a photo has been attached to an inspection question, and a work order is then created for that question, the photo will now be automatically included as an attachment on that work order

 Building Connect/Tenant Application

  • New Feature: Work Order – Request for Future Date – Tenant users may now request that a work order is scheduled for a future date. Requests are received by Property Management users who may then apply a schedule to the work order. Tenants are able to view their future work orders by specifically filtering for scheduled items.

  • Inspections – Scheduled, recurring inspections are now saving correctly, and will be visible on the Inspections Dashboard upon saving
