Employee Application

  • Feature Enhancements: Certificate of Insurance Tracking
    • Compliance Tracking - Property Management users may now set compliance rules by building(s) or by individual tenant. Compliance rules may include minimum dollar values for tenants and/or vendors, required fields to be captured at the component level, or certificate level questions. Require only as much detail is you need. All Certificates of Insurance entered in the system will be stamped as Compliant or Non-Compliant based on these rules
    • Enhanced Status Tracking - New COI Dashboard charts and status icons let you see at a glance not only when COI’s are expired or soon to expire, but also compliant, non-compliant or missing
    • Centralized Notification Configuration and Updated Notification Design - Control how you notify your tenants, vendors and staff about expiring Certificates of Insurance in our new centralized notification configuration tab in COI Admin. Send up to 3 notifications automatically leading up to expiration, or any time on demand. Expiration notifications include details about expiring policies, but feel free to add some customized text to personalize your message
    • Interactive Renewal Process - Tenant and Vendor contacts notified of COI expirations can upload renewal documents directly into the system. Those documents will be ready and waiting when you select to renew their COI
    • Optional Approval Workflows - Available approval workflows allow you to review and approve compliance exceptions, or all Certificates of Insurance entered in the system. To learn more about available approval workflows, contact your Client Success Manager to discuss your options.
  • Feature Enhancement: Preventive Maintenance – Property Management users with access to the Template Library may now print a PDF summary of all templates including a full breakdown of included tasks with their associated steps and frequency. This is accessible from the Template Search page by pressing “Print Details”
  • Feature Enhancement: Visitor Control – A column for NOTES has been added to the Property Management view of Expected Visitors 

 Building Connect/Tenant Application

  • New Feature: Certificate of Insurance Renewal - Tenant and/or Vendor contacts sent Certificate of Insurance expiration notices may now follow a link to upload renewal documents. Uploaded documents will be automatically available to Property Management during the certificate renewal process

Employee Application

  • Task Calendar – Future, scheduled inspections will now appear on the Task Calendar. Cancelled and completed inspections will no longer appear
  • Scheduled Work Order - Scheduling a work order will now correctly pause Performance Management metrics. Metrics will begin as of the scheduled date and time of the work order
  • Preventive Maintenance - Printing multiple, closed PM tasks from the PM task search grid will now accurately show the status of all steps in each task
