NEW

Employee Application

  • NEW Feature: Sub-Tenant Setup with Optional Work Order Approval –
    • Sub-Tenant Classification – Authorized Property Management users may now add sub-tenant companies by selecting another tenant company from which they are sub-leasing. Sub-tenant spaces are selected from those occupied by the primary tenant. Configure new sub-tenant companies under Admin > Tenant > Companies
    • Optional Work Order Approval – Enable tenants to review and approve work order requests submitted by their sub-tenants before they are sent to property management. When work order approval is enabled, tenant administrators at the primary tenant are automatically notified of all new, unapproved work orders submitted by sub-tenant users
    • Primary Tenant Oversight – Tenant administrators at the primary tenant company gain complete oversight over work orders submitted by sub-tenants
    • Convenient Billing – Billing information for sub-tenant companies is automatically populated from primary tenant data for convenient billing. Invoices for each company will still be created separately, but will share matching “Bill to” information. Run invoices under Go To > Reports > Invoices, or by pressing the INVOICE button on a single work order
    • Easy Conversion – Convert existing tenant companies into sub-tenant setup via the Suites tab of any company record

 

  • NEW Feature: Tenant Employee Import – Have a new tenant moving in? Authorized users may now create large numbers of new tenant employee accounts in a single import from Admin > Tenant > Employees
    • Download Template – Download a blank spreadsheet and populate with tenant data or pass along to a tenant contact and let them fill out the details
    • Upload Template then Map Fields – Select your spreadsheet file and worksheet. If your column headings don’t match exactly, you can map your data to the system fields
    • Select Building and Tenant Company– Indicate which building and tenant company the new accounts should be created within. Tenant accounts may only be imported to a single Tenant Company at one time
    • Validate, Correct Errors and Process – Press the VALIDATE button to check your data for errors. Rows containing errors will be shaded in red and brought to the top of your list. The cell containing an error will also be outlined in bold red. Click into each red outlined cell to view a specific error message. Correct as many errors as you can and process your data. Accounts will be created for all rows containing zero errors
    • Export Data For Correction – If needed, export your remaining rows with errors. Send data back to tenant contact for correction if needed
    • Send Welcome Message – Use the convenient bulk action to send a welcome message to all your newly created users

 

  • Feature Enhancement: Security – Visitor records on the Expected Visitors page will now include audit information showing when and by whom a visitor was added, when and by whom the visitor was last updated, when the visitor was checked in and when the visitor was checked out
  • Feature Enhancement: Reports – Filters for Meeting Type and Contact Method have been added to the Meetings report, available in the Management section of reports

Building Connect/Tenant Application

  • NEW Feature: Notification Feed
    • Notification Indicator – Tenant users will now see a convenient notification indicator at the top of their homepage showing the number of notifications or messages they’ve received since they last logged in. Notifications visible here will include Work Order updates, Resource Scheduling updates, Broadcast Messages, Property Removal Pass updates, and Certificate of Insurance expiry notices
    • Notification Feed – Clicking through the notification indicator brings users to their brand-new notification feed, displaying new and read notifications from the past 30 days. An archive search feature is available for locating older messages. Users may click on notifications to access further details
  • NEW Feature: Notification Opt Out
    • Notification Preferences – Tenant users can now access a notification preferences page from their profile page
    • Email Opt Out – From their notification preferences page, tenants may opt out of receiving certain email notifications that have been configured by Property Management. Tenants may NOT opt out of receiving notifications in their new Notification Feed. Tenants may NOT opt out of receiving emails requiring approval, emails indicating COI expiration, or messages sent via broadcast messaging or using our Share or Send Message tools

Employee Application

  • Recurring Work Order - Recurring work orders will no longer display an error relating to arrival date when being moved to a closed status
  • Certificates of Insurance – It is no longer possible to add tenant contacts to the COI Administrators notification group. Tenant and Vendor contacts should only be added to the Tenant/Vendor COI Contacts Group
