The original details of an Incident may need to be edited if new details are discovered or if previous information requires updates. Not all users inherently have this permission, so you may need to contact our Client Support Team to gain access to this functionality.
To edit incident information:
- GoTo > Incidents > Incident Dashboard. Locate and open the incident.
- Navigate to the Edit Details section to edit or adjust any of the available fields including the Edit Details section.
- Click SAVE.
