How do I associate a tenant company to a vendor COI?

In some cases, Property Management teams prefer to associate a vendor’s COI to the primary tenant who utilizes that vendor’s services. If this is a preference of your team, use the following steps to associate a vendor COI to one of your tenant companies.

To associate a tenant company to a vendor COI:

1. Click Go To > Certificate of Insurance > COI Dashboard.
2. Use the SEARCH and/or column filters to locate the intended COI.
3. Click on the NAME to access the COI.
4. Click Edit Details, and navigate to the ASSOCIATED TENANT field.
5. Select a tenant, and click SAVE.
