How does a tenant admin reset another tenant employee's password?

A Tenant Admin has the ability to reset the password for another tenant employee within their tenant company. This article describes the process of resetting a password from the Tenant Admin's account.

To reset anther tenant employee's password:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Select a user from the list of tenant employees.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the user record and click SEND PASSWORD RESET EMAIL.
