NEW Feature: To-Dos – Imagine you’ve had a valuable meeting with your team and everyone is leaving the room with a list of action items. You’d like to monitor their collective progress and ensure deadlines are met, but you don’t have an easy place to see what’s been done. Building Engines brand new To-Do List feature is here to help! Simply navigate to Go To → Tasks → To-Do Lists and create a new list for your meeting. Now you can add as many To-Dos as you need, assigned to any of your team members, vendors, or even non-system users. Assignees will be notified, and system users will see their assigned To-Dos on their My Tasks list. You can return to your list at any time and see exactly what’s been done and what’s still open. Once your list is complete, you can Archive or Delete it to keep it out of your way.
In addition to creating Lists of To-Dos, you can also create To-Dos for yourself. Have a task you can’t complete immediately but don’t want to forget? Leave yourself a virtual sticky note by creating a To-Do. It’s as simple as navigating to the My Tasks page, and pressing Add To-Do. Add a description so you remember the details, include a due date if applicable, and press SAVE. The To-Do will be included in your My Tasks list until you mark it as complete

NEW Feature: Time Card Management – Have you been looking for a simple way for your employees to submit time cards via an easy-to-use mobile app? Building Engines’ new Time Card Management feature may be just what you’re looking for. With our Time Card Management module installed, your employees will see a new option in the BE-Mobile app for recording and submitting time card data. Users can quickly log their time in high level categories (ex. Standard Time, Overtime, and Vacation) and submit their time card for management approval. Managers can view, update, approve or reject their employee’s time cards via a brand new Time Card Management page. Approved Time Card data can then be extracted from the system via two new Time Card reports. Feature Enhancement: Purchase Order – Certificate of Insurance status will now be displayed for the selected vendor when creating a new purchase order

NEW LOOK
- Dashboard– Inspection completed count has been removed from the New Look dashboard
- Inspections – Work Orders created from inspections will now correctly display the currently logged in user as the requestor
- Purchase Order - Printed Purchase Orders hav been updated to accept HTML formatting in both details and Terms and Conditions
- Reports – Required fields will now function properly and an error will no longer be given when all required fields are correctly populated
- Resource Scheduling – Printed Resource Schedule has been updated to correctly display recurring events on each day they are scheduled
- Resource Scheduling – Deleted resources and their events will no longer display on the Resource Schedule calendar for either Property Management or tenant users
- Accounting – Default markup will now be automatically be applied to labor and material charges when a tenant override exists for the charge
- Employees – Editing an employee’s user profile will no longer remove them from the Key Contacts section of the Building Profile page
- Other – The spacing of custom questions including COI compliance questions, Incident form questions and Work Order form questions has been improved to prevent questions from being cut off
- Work Order – Self-reported, recurring work orders will now correctly display requested by information
- Incidents – Incident share will now include groups as available contacts
