Feature Enhancement
Print Visitor List on Expected Visitors

To make it easier to print a list of Expected Visitors, a Print Visitor List option has been added to the Actions menu in Expected Visitors.

Enabling Guards to create an Incident Report

At buildings that use the Incidents module, guards using the Expected Visitors page can now submit an incident report by selecting Create Incident from the Go To menu:

 

Feature Enhancement
Tenant’s primary floor now available on the Tenant Companies grid.

A new column has been added to the Tenant Companies grid to indicate the primary floor for each tenant.

 


Feature Enhancement
Files now accepts the .asf file type.

The Files module now accepts Windows Audio Media and Windows Media Video content using the .asf file extension.

Employee Application

  • COI Renewal Date – Certificate of Insurance pages now display the correct Renewal Date in the heading, consistent with the renewal date shown in Renewal History.
  • Export to PDF – The generic heading “Report” has been replaced with appropriate headings on PDFs created with a grid Export to PDF action.
  • Resource Scheduling – Under certain circumstances, users found they were able to double-book a conference room where an all-day reservation was in place. The issue has been resolved to prevent double booking.
  • Performance Management – Users who have been removed as Point Person for a Managed Issue Type will no longer receive escalation notifications.
  • Bulk Update – Preventative Maintenance Tasks moved to CLOSED using Bulk Update will no longer appear as blank.
  • Mobile Push Notifications – An issue preventing users from receive Push Notifications on “New” status has been resolved.
