Employee Application – Exclude Suites from Occupancy Calculation
Sometimes, a property includes spaces that can have leases associated with them, but are not actually part of the building – a billboard, a cellphone tower on the roof, or a corner of the parking lot that is rented by a food truck. You want to track these spaces in Building Engines, but you may not want them included in your occupancy calculation and stack plan. Now in Space Management, we have added a checkbox to Tenant Suites to “Exclude from the occupancy calculation”.
Employee Application – Wireless Carriers on the Employee Grid
In order to receive SMS text messages, employees must supply their cellphone number AND the name of their cellphone carrier. To make auditing this data easier, we have added a Wireless Carrier column to the Employee grid.
