Accounting

Fix: Custom Batch Invoice Error

An error message with accessing a custom batch invoice has been resolved.

 

Broadcast Message

Fix: Duplicate

Broadcast messaging was sending duplicate emails.

 

Certificates of Insurance (COI)

Fix: Notifications

Errors with a COI Administrator not receiving expiration notifications has been resolved.

 

Fix: History

The history section of a COI record will update when sharing a COI expiration via email.

 

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

Fix: Equipment Library Not Populating

When selecting a building in the Equipment Library, the equipment will load correctly.

 

Fix: Tasks Not Firing

Tasks are firing out based on the frequency selected.

 

Fix: Incorrect Task Due Dates

The target due date matches what has been entered in the template.

 

Inspections

Fix: Printing Inspections

Removed all line break characters from each question within inspection templates and previously fired inspections. Spacing and layout will now be consistent.

 

Fix: Duplicate Inspections

Error around duplicate inspections being fired off has been resolved. Duplicate inspections that were fired off were removed from the system.

 

Fix: Closing Inspections When a Work Order is Open

An error around preventing the ability to close an inspection with open work orders related to the inspection has been resolved.

 

Fix: Saving Questions

There was incorrect behavior associated with adjusting inspection question options; this should now work as intended.

 

Mobile

Fix: Android Users

Android users are now able to open the mobile app without having to login each time.

 

Fix: Timing Out with Inspections

While working on inspections, a screen turned white and changes were not saved. This has been resolved.

 

Operations Performance Management (OPM)

Fix: Escalations

An error around escalation notifications being sent out at the incorrect interval has been resolved.

 

Reporting

Fix: COI Health

COI Health export will now correctly pull the number of managed tenants.

 

Fix: Multiple Reports

An error with multiple reports producing a blank page has been corrected.

 

Fix: HTML Tags

An error with HTML tags being shown in printed reports has been corrected.

 

Tenant Companies

Fix: Affiliated Companies

There was incorrect behavior associated with saving affiliating tenant companies; this should now work as intended.

 

Time Cards

Fix: Duplicate User Entries

Duplicate user entries were erroneously being pulled into the Employee Time Card by Day report due to user’s time card manager changing. This has been resolved.

 

Fix: Configuration Change

An error with allowing time card managers to review time cards after a configuration setting change has been resolved.

 

Visitor

Fix: Print Visitor List

Printing a visitor list was kicking users out of their accounts and bringing them to the login page. This has been corrected.

 

Work Orders

Fix: Approval

When attempting to turn on work order requires approval tool, users were getting an “Error Occurred” message. This has been resolved.

 

Fix: Forms

An error with printing work orders with forms has been corrected.

 

Fix: Sharing

An error with sharing work orders has been corrected.

 

Fix: Custom Fields

An error with the display of custom fields within a work order has been corrected.
