How do I send a Broadcast Message from the mobile app?

  1. From your mobile homepage, select the TENANT COMMUNICATIONS option.
  2. Select to Send Broadcast Message.
  3. Choose a building, and a broadcast group you’d like to message.
  4. Select your preferred delivery option(s).

**Note that sending messages via a phone call is an option only available to our Emergency Broadcast users. Contact your Client Success Manager for more information about that feature.

  1. Select a broadcast message template, or create a new message.
  2. Optionally, you may enter response prompts that recipients will be able to use to respond to your message.

  1. Add a photo to be included as an attachment on your message if you would like.
  2. Click SEND MESSAGE to dispatch your broadcast.
