- From your mobile homepage, select the TENANT COMMUNICATIONS option.
- Select to Send Broadcast Message.
- Choose a building, and a broadcast group you’d like to message.
- Select your preferred delivery option(s).
**Note that sending messages via a phone call is an option only available to our Emergency Broadcast users. Contact your Client Success Manager for more information about that feature.
- Select a broadcast message template, or create a new message.
- Optionally, you may enter response prompts that recipients will be able to use to respond to your message.

- Add a photo to be included as an attachment on your message if you would like.
- Click SEND MESSAGE to dispatch your broadcast.
