How do I create a Notification profile?

The Notification Profile allows you to define the Key Contact Role and Impairment status(es) that trigger the notification and/or reminder. This article describes the process of creating a notification profile.

To create a Notification Profile:

  1. Click Go To > Impairments > Impairments Admin.
  2. Click .
  3. Using the Add Profile pop-up box, enter the profile name and click SAVE.
  4. Click the down arrow to expose the configurable role and impairment status.
  1. Click Add Rule .
  2. Select the ROLE and Impairment status that triggers a notification and/or reminder.
  3. Click SAVE.
  4. (Optional) To create additional notification rules, repeat steps 5-7.
  5. (Optional) To create additional profiles, repeat steps 2-8.
  6. (Optional) To delete a rule, click the check box located to the left of the rule and click .
