If a recurring work order is made in error or you no longer need the service, the property management employee can cancel all future occurrences from the Recurring Work Oder Dashboard.
To cancel a recurring work order:
- Click Go To > Work Orders > Recurring Work Order Dashboard.
- Use the SEARCH and/or column filters to locate the recurring work order.
- From the Recurring Work Orders grid, select a recurring work order.
- Click DELETE, and then confirm by clicking OK.
