How do I create an unscheduled Preventive Maintenance task from an open task?

Unscheduled tasks may be used to document unplanned repair work performed on a piece of equipment during the course of other maintenance. Unscheduled tasks may be added from an open PM task, or from an equipment record.

1. To add an unscheduled task from an open task, click Add Unscheduled:
   
2. Enter a Name for the task, select an Assignee, enter the number of days allotted to complete the work, and add any additional notes describing the work to be done:
   
3. Click SAVE and a confirmation dialog will appear with a unique Task number.
4. The new Task can now be located on the PM Tasks page.
