The following list describes each of the options available when selecting a "status" during the notification rule creation process. These definitions will assist you in choosing how to best configure rules to meet the needs of your team.
On Status Options
All – sent with changes to the Work Order status (New, Open, Completed, Closed, & Cancelled).
New – sent at the time of work order creation.
Open – sent at the time of the first action taken on the work order. These actions could be making a comment, adding labor charges, etc.
Completed – sent when the order is moved to Complete through the desktop or a user clicks “Save and Complete” on their mobile app.
Closed – sent when the order is moved to Closed through the desktop or mobile app.
Cancelled – sent when the order is moved to Cancelled through the desktop by a Property Management employee or the Tenant.
Scheduled – sent when an order is scheduled to fire off at a future date.
Updated - sent with the addition of comments, updates to On or Off Hold, and the additions, edits, or removals of Labor and Material charges.
Tenant Updated – sent when a Tenant user updates a work order by adding a comment, uploading a document, or cancelling the order.
