Notifications
Notifications are system rules that control the routing protocols for work orders. These settings are an important part of the workflow for internal and external staff when handling service requests. Notifications control the conditions and delivery methods (email, text, fax, etc.) that inform staff and tenants of work order details and status updates. Notification rules are configured by a System Administrator, and may be standard for all work order issue types or set up for individual issue types.
